No Service, No Return Calls, No Troubleshooting Availability, Want ME to Pay to Return Product!

I sent the following letter to Dish Network along with the bill they sent me.
Please find enclosed statement from Dish requesting paymentfor $79.58. I will not be making this payment or any future payments toyour company. We have had no service through one of the boxes you providedsince just a few days after dish was installed. I called several times and spoke with people whosproficiency in English was extremely poor. I asked them to assist me with some trouble shooting to seeif I could reboot the box. Eachtime they told me I had to wait for a technician to call me. I never received calls from thetechnicians. I was also told thata technician would be scheduled to come to my home. I have not heard from or seen a technician in weeks. I called today to cancel my service and asked for dish tocome out and pick up their equipment. I was told that I had to send it to Dish at my cost. I am not willing to do that and askedfor one of their technicians to pick it up. I was told they couldnt do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold, transferred andspoke to another person who told me the same thing. I told the second personthat I did not want to be put on hold again and asked if she could have a uppermanagement person call me. Shesaid that no one could call me. (TotallyAbsurd!!!) She said she wouldtransfer me to another supervisor and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and wasthen disconnected. Do not send me any bills as I will not be paying you forservices I did not have. If youwant your equipment, please make arrangements to have it picked up.
