Worst Bridal store for customer service

I went to Alfred Angelo looking for a Wedding Gown. I found one and put down a deposit and two days later they said it was in (off the rack). I decided that i wanted a different dress FROM THEM. Mary Beth told me that I was the only bride EVER to change my mind and I could not chose another dress. I told her that my current dress was still in their store, I did not see the problem. Only after I threatened to call American Express did she say I could pick a new dress if i paid in full (what bridal salon doesnt want you to purchase a gown you LOVE from their store) I picked and paid for my new gown in October of 09. I also ordered two sets of color swatches, grey and violet. I was called a few weeks later and told ALL of the color swatches were in, I asked if they could be mailed and they said no they do not have stamps, paper or envelopes in the store... (really?). I sent in an envelope and a few days later received only the grey swatches. I called and they said the violet ones were not in. I picked up my dress in December and still no swatches. Finally I called in Feburary and they said the swatches were sitting there (why didn't any one call?) Again I sent envelopes and stamps and receieved ONE inch by inch piece of cloth. I called to complain and she said thats all you get (my grey swatches are huge) I asked for the corporate number and was told to GOOGLE it!!! Brides, save yourself the agravation and go to a small bridal shop that has more than one desginer and people employed that care about how important your big day is!!
