Nutmeg Coatings poor quality, dishonest, rude, no follow up, not reliable, no customer service

We thought we were getting an exterior paint job that would last a number of years. Turns out it lasted around 6 months. The promise of a miantenance free, long lasting exterior, turned out to be a complete sham. Our house has been bubbling and peeling for the better part of 18 months.
The house now looks worse than it did prior to the exterior paint work that was done. I'm sure we will now need to replace all of the cedar shakes, in order to salvage the exterior.
What's worse is the follow up from the company, namely Greg Caturano. While we did receive 2 letters from Final Coat stating their issues with weather and in fulfilling demand for new customers, they offered nothing for exisitng customers with severe complaints. We did receive an offer for a reduced power washing, which I believe would simply pull the remaing paint off the house.
We were offered a lifetime guarantee and have yet to be offered an restitution or resolution to the issues we now face. This company is absolutely horrible
