Construction Technologies Paid Rick Mc Grath $7300.00 for a down payment on a roof and now won't return my calls

After Hurricane Ike I found Technology Contractors web site and called for a bid. Coming in lower than the others I chose Rick Mc Grath's company. The man is a very smooth talker and believable.
After many times of we can't start until we get three good days with out rain, and the crew is out of town, or what ever he could come up with I still have no roof. He gave me his cell phone number which is 832 527-3526. It now rings to voice mail box which is full, and no call backs. Guess he got me too.

If I would have checked the BBB website I would have found a "F" rating for his company

77356. I can't tell if he still owns this property but That's what they have published.

I have read of other complaints and lawsuits against Rick McGrath (small claims court won judgment, and he didn't even show up). I and filing Theft of services with the Constables office in the morning.

At this point I don't expect I will ever see my money, but I hope I get to see him in Jail.in other words " you can't get blood out of a turnip, but you can Damn sure get the turnip" I think he is also a member of Woodlands Church, just thought I would throw that in there.
