Icookwares.com not sure if it's a legitimate web site - no way to contact by phone, no response to e-mail messages regarding status

I ordered a skillet on 2/5/10. After ten days of no status update, I e-mailed the company. Never received a response. E-mailed them again a week later, with no response again. Went online to see if my order status was updated, and it says the order has been cancelled. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate web site. There is no contact telephone number, only e-mail addresses.
