An Absolutely Pure Water & Air service mechanic during a routine maintenace service cracked the main valve body of our water softener system, rendering the system useless.instead of accepting culpability of the mechanic the President of the company tried to sell us a new valve body for over $400. A request for an acceptable solution received no reply.
