Does Not Work on all dogs-no refund

I purchased 4 belly bands for our dachshund. They do not stay on him, as he is very smooth coated and slippery. They do not work for all dogs! Paws to Admire gives you only 7 days to return unused items. We had to test for longer than that to see if they really could work using different pads, doubing up the pads, even stuffing with a folded facecloth. Nothing kept that belly band in place. I was tempted to velcro them to the dog. After I spent almost 30.00 on the bands and shipping, and having gone beyond their 7 day period, I was denied a refund. Anyone want a fashionable headband? Only 5 bucks...
