Poor quality disks, non responsive to request for refund

Once you have paid and received what you ordered, they conveniently "disappear" - i was horribly disappointed with the entire season of DALLAS i purchased, there was a total of 60 disks, i could not even play past the 1st disk! Wrote numerous emails to them, exercising my right to request for a refund within 15 days! But what do you know? They conveniently ignore your emails, leaving you frustrated and helpless! I am still hoping for a miracle!
