Not satisfied with funeral services

1. My credit card was charged twice which caused my credit card to exceed the maximum limit. This was corrected but should never have happened. 2. Did not have my nephew's body ready for inspection by his mother before the wake services and was still working on him right up until wake services started. 3. The wake services were late and did not start on time. 4. My nephew was leaking from both ears. 5. The coffin color was not the correct color chosen for my nephew.
