I signed up for insurance through MR WILEY'S agency and also elected to use EASY PAY to pay my bill. Now they are taking an amount out of my account that I did not authorize and the agenies response is: "Im sorry, I don't know how this happened, but just go to your bank and see if they can stop the withdrawal because we might not be able to!!!" Ridiculous excuse of a professional insurance agency. Do not do business here.
