Tony KArdum SR Ripoff, Rude and Racist

I went to this Dealership to purchase a Vehicle in early Jan because of a advertisment that was posted on the internet for a 2001 Ford Expedition. They said that they were a buy here pay her lot and that they finance anyone. I talked to Brad at the dealership on several occasions that day and faxed all documents that he requested to his attention. Brad then contacted me and told me that I could come pick up the vehicle and to bring the 2000.00 down payment that we had agreed upon. I drove to thier location and once I got there Tony Kardum SR advised me that he would not sell me the car. He said that he does not like to deal with my kind of people. (I am African Ameriacan) and said that he never agreed to the terms of the sale. I advised him that I would contact my attorney because I had agreed to terms with his son and they were breaching verball contract. He said do whatever you want. Once I got ready to leave he came outside and agreed to sell me the truck but said that I needed to wait until the next day to pick it up. I came the next day and had vehicle picked up Tony then changed the terms of the agreement again stating that I had to put down additional money 500 on 1/18 500 on 1/28 and 1000 on 2/20 in addtion to the 2000 I have already put down. I took the vehicle and have since spent alot of my own money to repair the vehicle. I called TKP on several occasions to ask when the title would be transfered so that I can get my plates they keep lying saying that it was a mistake on the title and so on and so on finally on 2/18/10 Tony Sr and Jr stated that when they get all their money then they will transfer the title, I advised them that was a violation of the law they said so what do what I need to do or they were coming to reposess the car.
