Dishonest people! They do not care about their customers!

I found a specific vehicle I wanted at this dealership and set up an appointment with a sales person named Joe. We were working out the purchase on the car and I was going to do the financing through my own bank which he said was no big deal. He asked for a security payment to hold the car for me in which I gave him my credit card info. I had most of the details worked out with the loan so I told him a time I would drive out there and look at the car, mind you I live 400 miles away from this dealership (Joe knew this and he knew I was comming out!). I planned my trip and drove the 6 hours to look at the car and make sure everyhting checked out. When I got to the dealership all Joe could say was "you're going to hate me". He then proceeded to tell me that they had sold the car the day before and that the security money I put down had only been good till that tuesday (which he never told me until I got there). I replied that he should have called to tell me it was sold and he said that he did! There was never a call from them to my phone and if he had attempted to call me he would have responded with something other then "you are going to hate me". He lied to me, didn't even care that I drove 400 miles and waisted $200 on the trip and 12 hours of my time! I was so mad I just walked out... Didn't even get a sorry or anything. These people DO NOT care about you and I couldn't believe a human would even have it in them to do that to someone! If you are looking to purchase a car from them it is a bad idea, they are snakes and I wouldn't trust them... Please think again!
