Mark Friedman
Vincent Tarter Business Investment Scam, Non Payment, Bad Business Practices!

Miscellaneous

These two "Business Man" - MarkFriedman of Los Angeles and Vincent Tarter of Palm Desertare very good at presenting incredible business opportunities and using bignamed people to get regular, hard working individuals to put up monies fordifferent business opportunities and then they do notdelivering. I was approached by them last February with a solid businessopportunity which was geared towards helping people who are/were in danger ofloosing their homes (foreclosures, loan modification, and real estateindustry). Needless to say, I was excited to be able to do something that wouldhelp others out and at the same time make a return on my investment. After signing on and cutting a $25,000.00 check everything"seemed" to be working well. I involved myself 110% into getting theplatform of the business up and ready to roll and generating commitments andinterest through my business contacts in said industry. We had the companyready to go, clients and consumers waiting and anxious for us to launch. Verbal commitments for office space, personal guarantees that thisnew product would be a home run with long standing business relationships (whichI had created and nurtured over years of good business practices and a lot ofhard work) had been made. It was time for these Business Man to perform their duties asthey had said they would. 1 week turned to 2 weeks and after "2months" they finally said that they could not get the deal done! One task was their only real responsibility since I took it upon myself to get all the other necessary aspects of building a platform andbusiness model to ensure that things were done correctly and quickly.

Nothing ever came to pass!!! Nothing!!! Without accounting for the incredible loss of business and loss ofcredibility (with what were great business contacts which I have since lost) itseemed that recovering the initial investment would be at least a smallconsolation for the huge waste of personal time, money and effort but these tooprove to be a difficult task for Mr. Friedman and Mr. Tarter. It took me 6 months to see any money at all, and a small amount atthat. Its now 1 year later and still nothing except for the small initialre-payment.in December, after many threats of legal action I received apromissory note (at their request) to set up a payment plan so that I couldrecover the initial funds. Since then, 2 payment deadlines have come and passedwithout any funds being received by me. I am now in the process of filling a Civil Lawsuit against MarkFriedman, Vincent Tarter and Transcontinental Inc. For all funds lost, damages, interest and loss of business and income. If you are thinking of doing business or know of someone that isgetting into business with either of these people Do Not Do It!!! They mainly operate in the following industries: Commercial andResidential Real Estate, Factoring, Mortgage, Loan Modification, Debt andcredit card services. They use the name of an attorney in Los Angeles for their practices, availableupon requestPLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING INRETURN!
