Fraud rip off

A salesperson from Scholarship Magazine, I believe his name was Thomas Portnoy, called me in April/ May to sell me a subscription to Scholastic Magazine saying it would guide us in finding scholarships for our graduating daughter. As an incentive, he said we would be getting a gas card worth $100 although it may be delayed in the mail.
After the charge of $72 was posted to our credit card, we received one copy, but no more. We also never received the gas card worth $100.
