Cricklewood Inc. Ripped me off for $3000.00 by selling me an old bed and passing it off as being usable

Cricklewood interiors in Calgary Alberta sold me a floor model tempurpedic bed for 3000.00 dollars. They said it had never been slept on and were deceptive about how old the bed was. Gail Thompson, the owner of the store deliberately kept that information from me until she had my money and the bed was in my home. It was stained, used and I found out it was over 5 years old!!! I am an older woman with fibromayalgia and diabetes and a host of other health issues. I saved a long time for a good bed.

When I discovered I had been cheated, I asked Gail Thompson for a refund. She flatly refused. So I had to spend my savings to buy another bed. I now do not have funds for my diabetic supplies and I cannot even get my grandson any birthday present. I just sat down and cried.

The sales lady and the owner Gail, said this would be a lifetime investment. Little did I know they were taking advantage of me. Because of her greed, I have suffered. Why would the owner of this store sell a used bed to me for 3000.00 dollars? Because these people are con-artists of the worst kind.

I am writing this report so this does not happen to anyone else.

When I begged for a refund from the owner, she threatened to mess with my visa and even though she didnt do that, it scared me. So I reported it to my Visa company. Please do not buy anything from this store or from Gail thompson, the owner. I am not the only person they ripped off, there are other bad reviews.

This has taken its toll on me financially and also emotionally.

Please buyer beware of htis store ad its heartless greedy owner, Gail Thompson.
