Lying, Unprofessional, Deceite, & Rude

This company was extremely rude, they called me a liar when I told them I was charged twice. They told me my clippers would arrive in 2-3 business days a week went by & I never received them.

When I called them a week later to find out where they were they said there wasn't anybody there to ship them on Friday, which didn't make sense to me because I ordered them on a Monday.

Then they said that they never recieved the money for them & I told them I paid for them because it came out of my checking account. They told me that wasn't possible because my card information was wrong.

So I got them to read my card information back to me & it was correct, she told me that was impossible because it never went through, but she told me she would ship them anyways. So three days later my clippers still hadn't arrived.

So I called them back. They were extremely RUDE!!! They called me a liar, hung up the phone on me ON PURPOSE, & purposely ignored my phone calls, the manager admitted that to me. I was told the owner would call me back that day, he never did. I was lied to yet again. Finally I had to call the company back myself & ask for the owner. Who is also denying they did anything wrong.

I told the owner I wanted to cancel my order & get all of my money back. So we'll see if they come through or if I'll yet be lied to again.
