On 2-01 I ordered The Neural Strategy, a Roulette betting stetegy. On 2-02 I requested a refund. I had to email them four times to get a response. They finally replied saying they would refund my money they would refund my money within 5-7 business days. Here it is 2-18 and no refund. They clearly offer a 1 year money back guarantee on their website. They will no longer return my emails. It's unfortunate ther are unethical companies like this company doing business on the internet. I would recommend nobody do business with Silverthorne Publications unless you don't mind getting junk and don't mind not being able to get your money back.
