I got a call from a man name Eric Taylor who states I took out a loan back in may to account that is close. I told him I never got a loan from his company and he states that it was put into my account. I ask him for that case number he said that there it's one just have my Attorney give him a call at 916-910-6531. He said that my charges are going to be $9000 (Attorney fees, court cost, and loan amount). That I will need to come to California but I live in Texas he said they will file paperwork on 2-18-10 hung up. I called the number back and he answer the phone.
