Complete ripoff

I am a young man just migrated hear from the caribbean. I just started school and tryin to make life. I am twenty years old and trying to get a car to travel to a job because where i live the bus service dont run late at night so its hard for me to transport especially in this cold. So i saved up a little money to buy me a transport for daily commute from school and work nothing expensive jus sommin i can maintain. I was searching online when i found this website bidonvehicles.com. I joined the user group which was some sort of auction site. It claimed i could find a car for at least 500 dollars at auctions. So i signed up for 39.95. The site clearly stated if i did not find what i was looking for i would get a full refund. I signed in that night with the user name and password given to me. Did not find anything. The next day i tried to log in i could not. Then i tried to call the number on their website i could not get in touch with anyone. I called for 1 week straight leasving voice mails. I i even tried sending emails to them and it was returned by mailer deamon. I called the number on the online reciept and i staill did not get in touch with them. This happened on the 1/10/10. Two weeks later i tried calling agaian kept getting the same voice mail. So 1 morning i noticed a out of area number calling i answered the guy on the phone aasked if i was calling about the service i told him my situation he told me he could not help i would have to keep calling the numbers o r send email. He also told me to send him a email and he will forward it to the head office. Its been over a month and i still cant get justice. If someone out there could please help me me. Could you please do this. I did not do anything wrong i was just trying to get some service.
