I ordered a email list from them consisting of 500,000 female ages 18-65 spread across the United States. They delivered 500,000 email addresses of which approximately 200,000 were men all from California. I tried to contact them, Despite 8 phone calls to their Sales Dept. They refused to deal with the matter and kept referring me to Customer Service which is 100% automated. I finally got an email response to my several request for a corrected list or a refund from info@datadepot.Biz that stated that I should be grateful for the bait and switch because if I had purchased from their competitors I would have paid a lot more.
