Damaged Furniture - PODS Storage

A rainstorm caused $3,500 in damage to my items stored in my POD I had on my streed in front of my home. I had purchased in insurance with PODS, but when I filed my claim with the company, they wrote me back and let me know they do not cover natural disasters.

This is not the type of company I want to work with or customer service I expect.
