Cars won't last a month

I bought a car from B&B Auto because I really need one. My old car broke down and I am a mother and needed transportation to get my 3 year old to daycare and myself to work. The car started smoking the 3rd day I bought it. I had it towed to the repair center the guy looked at and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. It then began jerking and the engine began making a noise as if it was going up a hill and it wasn't. 3 weeks later it smoked again and I had a it towed again they then told me that it was a sensor I DON'T THINK SO! I had a car that did this IT WAS THE HEADGASKET! I am going to have to give the car back that is what they but I can't afford a Atty. Please Please don't buy cars from there.
