Idea arc media. Super pages.com stole my money daily with zero results

This company, supermedia.com. We started advertising with them in oct 09. We had a small budget. But this small budget worked. We got some work a couple jobs out of the marketing off google from sponsered links.
As of nov. 19 2009 we have not recieved one lead from supermedia. Yet we recieve bills and constant notification, that money is being withdrawn out of our account for misc. Fees.in the last 60 days plus. Our company has been charged over$ 2,800 dollars for fees and pay per clicks.
As of today feb 15th. Our advertising has brought us zero calls.in the last 7 business days over$ 300. O0 dollars has been with drawn from our account for supposed fees and clicks. Not a single call has come through our line. The only call was a telemarketer from supermedia.com.
Our account manager. Mentioned in this complaint. Her suggestion is that we absorb this and that we spend more money. She asked us to spend an additional $1,000.00 a month and that should produce some calls for us. We are a small business with only a couple employees. We are now going to cancel our relationship and continue using our other advertisers. Supermedia is a total scam. These people sleep with smiles by rippin off small companies like ours. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will steer anyone i know from advertising with this very company. They have caused heart ache for nothing but my family and my company.
