ADA not heeded

In confirming everything the poster named "John" accused Alief ISD as factually based, let me add that in my particular case, they violated the ADA by discharging me (with only one year to go until retirement) without affording me the opportunity to excel. At the insistence of a personnel director, I began taking Adderall for my diagnosed ADHD and was doing quite well with it until the nearly total breakdown of school discipline precipitated by the Katrina refugee accommodation. No school in the country has more students from that scholastic disaster, yet my attempts to deal with the situation, admittedly extreme for effect, eventually resulted in my dismissal despite my exemplary testing results. The idea of the ADA is to allow those who have infirmities to be placed in positions where they could be successful, an opportunity never afforded me.
