Jonathan stuart, immortal technique, akir, viper records store, pj pacifico robbed me off 30 dollars for an immortal technique t-shirt that i ordered online which was never delivered

I had ordered an Immortal Technique T-Shirt worth $19.99 $9.99 shipping and handling charges in the last week of December-09. The Viper Records store said that the t-shirt was supposed to ship after 24-48 hours of placing the order. As I live in India i had expected a small delay as it takes a week for items to reach India from the US. However, the Immortal Technique t-shirt that i had ordered about two months back has not yet reached me. I tried to contact Jonathan Stuart, Immortal Technique, Akir and/or anyone else on Viper Records i could but neither were my e-mails replied to, nor did anyone pick up the phone on the phone number mentioned on the Viper Records website. It is an insult to Viper Records itself and Immortal Technique as well, on one hand they portray themselves to be "revolutionary artists" and "revolutionary labels" and on the other hand they cheat their own fans and supporters in such a pathetic manner. Neither has my money been refunded, nor have they sent me the t-shirt.
