This crook Sergio Tiscareno and his family found out I had my retirement funds trick me to into making them a loan and before I had a chance to sue them for fraud they did it to me with my own money.
The court dismissed their lawsuit as frivolous but by that time it ended I was out of $600,000.00 plus thousands in legal fees. What hurts me is he did'nt even pay taxes on it. I been in depression and suicidal ever since.
He bought few houses refinanced them and let them go I stupidly been hanging into one he left in the midst of remodel in the city of Downey there he just cover and painted the walls.
It has been hell for me because even though this house looks good nothing was done properly plain fraud? Stay away from this walking fraud. This individual is very slick and knows how to stay above the law.
