Laid off a singel mother just to hire one of the managers close friends

So heres the deal. My friend who was a stay at home mom with a newborn daughter found herself in a situation where she needed to be the breadwinner. She got a job at the Skybox Lounge and the following is a list of wrongs committed against her by this bar:

1. She was guaranteed three to four shifts upon being hired and actually was only given two shifts. (She was told it went by seniority which later was proven to be bullsh*t)
2. She worked her a* off always going into work for everyone else because they were too lazy, drunk, hungover, or high to come to work.
3. The one night she was sick, no one would cover her and she had to work until the owner Kevin came in that night when he finally sent her home (she later went to the hospitial that night because she was so sick)
4. After her manager Corey wouldnt work for her the night she was sick, he was demoted and Marc was promoted to manager.
