This is a very well put together scam. As stated in the other reports, this so called "william ely" makes you think that your project will be funded with no upfront costs other than the $450.00 background check. Only to find out that the web site is now down and no response to emails and phone calls after you have sent in your money.
To molly who also has a report here. If you would like to compare notes, maybe we can band together an bring this fool down. Dallas is not to far from me! But he told me on the phone that he is also in las vegas I did a reverse lookup on the phone number and it showed a CRICKET PHONE in las vegas. He might not even be in texas.
