Cheap Coach Outlet
This company did not give a tracking number and took my money

I purchased a coach boots, shoes and scarf from this company cheap coach outlet and paid 168.00 to have the shipping included for a two day shippment through DHL. I also found out from my bank that cheap coach outlet charged an extra $5.00 for international charges which was a hidden fee. I received emails for confirmation of the sale and confirmation for security of purchase through verified by visa services. However I haven't received the products at all. I emailed and asked for the tracking number and below is the exact copy of what was emailed to me from cheap coach:
Thank you for your letter. New Year is coming. We are going to during the New Year Holiday. It will take some days, so maybe delay to reply your letter. Any question please contact us after 10days, we will work again on date 02-20, we will reply you as soon as possible.
