I signed up for this auto warranty in July I put 275.00 down and my payments was 153.89 monthly. They use a secondary finance company called MEPCO anyway I needed to use my warranty only to call and find out the line was disconnected, their website is no longer valid. I went to BBB and found out the owners name Mike Kasick and an one Adam Kasick, I found them on facebook and left a message asking what do I do no answer. I am going to try Mepco to see what they have to say but so far I am out 1200 dollars. I plan to persue criminal charges as well in TN
