Won't give me procedures to return a watch I was told I won... Was only authorized to bill $4.99 plus $1.00

I was linked by the site I was on saying that I had won a watch. I needed to pay $4.95 for processing and $1.00 shipping. I was called back to confirm my address. I told the rep, now I don't want to be charged any more than the $4.99 plus the $1.00. When I saw the charge $88.99 on my bank statement I called the company. They told me to go to their website to cancel my subscription. I told him I didn't have a subscription. I asked for instructions to return the watch and be done with them. There wasn't anything at the website to let me know how to return the watch and stop billing my debit card. Not only is this a rip, it is messing up my account at at the bank.
