What recourse does a loyal Delta customer have when a flight gets canceled one day before a vacation that was booked 4 months in advance? I am a member of the frequent flyer program with Delta and a high school teacher with a limited number of days off for a vacation. This cancellation has cost me and my husband three precious days of visiting family and friends, not to mention one of our favorite destinations. Our ticket # was 00621721324770. I feel an explanation and restitution should be in order!
