Www.ExtendedLengths.com is a total rip-off. I ordered over $100 in beauty supplies back in mid- October. Sent email inquiries and got the standard reply from Gia... Will check into and ship at the earliest. After waiting two months, I asked for a refund and was told I would be getting a full refund. Sending several inquires as to when my refund would be processed... Well no more communication from Gia and company. It was at that point in time, Gia has since cut off all communication and to date no refund. I have since filed a report with IL Better Business Bureau which by the way has given Extended Lenths a grade of an "F". Do not buy from this internet company. If you do... Chances are you will be ripped off and filing a report on this site.
