7 Appraisals Completed - No Payment Received from Matt Moore

Our Company received appraisal orders from Matt Moore at AMC - Newtown LLC during the period of March, April and May. Our appraisers completed these orders and were never paid for their services.
We corresponded via email and telephone repeated with Mr. Moore (telephone calls were rarely returned) and one of our appraisers visited his office (located in his townhome). We received countless promises of payment and have yet to receive one cent.
Our appraisers all have families to feed and bills to pay themselves. We feel that Mr. Moore's behavior as President of AMC Newtown LLC has been dishonest and evasive. We still await our $2,000 balance due and owing (on which we have not charged any interest to date - almost 12 months).
At one point during our attempts to collect, Mr. Moore emailed us a homeowner's credit card number to use to pay for their appraisal. The transaction was fraudulent in that the owner of the card never authorized Mr. Moore to use their card. This was confirmed by the owner who contacted us for an explanation as to the charge. We promptly refunded the owner the "moneys we were paid".
We received another email from Mr. Moore giving us authorization to use this same charge card for yet another payment. The owners of the card were contacted by us about Mr. Moore's additional direction to use their charge card. Those people are pursuing charges of their own against AMC-Newtown LLC.
Our appraisers remain unpaid for all their time and diligence on all appraisals completed for AMC-Newtown LLC. We would appreciate payment in full of the $2,000 due to us immediately.
The word "Nationwide" appears in conjunction with the name Mr. Moore uses for his company per his website "Nationwide-AMC, LLC" at http://nationwide-amc.com. The name "Nationwide" appears to be just part of his company name and not another entity.
