Vpgames.com took our money, did not send new merchandise to replace the faulty remotes we returned

I ordered two refurbished Wii remotes with nunchucks. The order arrived later than expected. The remotes did not work properly so I returned them and requested an exchange. I followed the return instruction exactly and received delivery confirmation. They did not send new remotes and they do not respond to emails or to phone messages. There is no live person to answer the phone. It is a recording only. BEWARE!!! I have read similar reviews and only wish I had investigated before buying from them. It seems this is a regular scam that they pull.
