Simply aweful!

This is one of the most terrible companies out there. They added late fees for on time payments, jacked up the interest rate when we made a large purchase (took us 2 years to pay off 400.00), and cut our credit limit in half. This ruins your credit rating when you spend more than 10% of your available credit so I have heard.
We tried the customer service route and they just lie. Yesterday I had one disconnect me when she said she was "transferring" me to someone who could help. They added fees each month making it impossible to keep up the growing balance with a growing rate of 29.99% It started at 7%!!!
We finally sent the payoff and don't you know they added a account guard charge on the same day the payoff was sent! If the balance is zero then where does the charge come from??? Interest on zero IS ZERO right??? Go figure. Something has to be done to stop this madness. I paid $676.00 on a $420.00 purchase.
