Billed hidden charges and were very rude and uproffessional during mediation

Bernie and Samantha were very cordial and polite in the beginning of our business interaction. Unfortunately after we had discovered a mistake in their billing process Bernie became very irate and refused to listen to his customers problem. Although I got him to admit the mistake was on their part he refused to return the portion of our bill that was unconfirmed.

During the mediation process Bernie resorted to irate behavior even going so far as to hang up on us. He would'nt listen to reason and was absolutely impossible to communicate with. We are demanding our $66 rebate because we were wrongly billed and even Bernie admitted that it was their error in not including the charges on the original invoice and failing to communicate verbally that these charges would be included.
