My husband and I are also victims of Auroa Loan Services underhanded practices. We were approached by a broker to remodify our loan a few years back. When the broker put the deal on the table they used my name because I had a better credit rating than my husband. He is a self employed mason and our income really should not have qualified us, but they assured us that because of my husband being self employed they take into consideration that not all income is shown. With that being said when we started to have issues we contacted an attorney and she discovered that there is one document missing. They had also hand written my name in a space instead of having it typed. There was also multiply places were they did not have my signature were it was needed even though the mortgage is technically in my name.

They denied our application for a loan modification, saying we did not qualify. Our attorney begged to differ. She had been in negotiations with their attorney. He assured our attorney that Auroa did not wish to foreclose on our house.

We were quite surprised when my husband was then served serveral weeks later with an eviction notice. They were only giving us six days to move.
