Adrenaline Fatigue Institute
Took monies from my account and refuse to give it back

I ordered a "free trial" of Adrenal Fatigue tablets sometimes during the summer of 2009. I gave the company my account number for shipping purchases only. To my surprise about 4 months later, $204.95 was taken from my checking account and I received three additional bottles of the tablets. I immediately called the company and told them that I didn't order any additional tablets and was sending them right back. The sales person was not listening. She repeatedly tried to get me to try a new product instead of trying to be of an assistant so I hung up the phone and returned the package registered. I received the slip with a signature of an employee on November 30. I called the company a second time when I received the confirmation slip from the post office. It is now February 10 and they still have not replaced my money. I talked to a representative today 2/11 and she says because I didn't get a number from the representative, I'll have to wait longer for my money: It's already been over 90 days. They've had the returned product for over three months and has shown no interest in returning my money. They're just giving me the runaround.
