Palisades Collections, New Jersey Fraud, desceptive practices

My wife checked her credit score. This "Free Credit Report.com" shared the fact that we were getting a score and notified this sleeze bag Credit Collection Agency (I am sure they notify others as well). This collection agency, which lost in court to us trying to collect a fraudulent debt, sent us a letter saying we owed them money. When I informed them that they lost the case 4 years ago, they said "All that means is we can't take you to court", the implication being that they would still put nasty things on our credit reports and too bad, you won't get any loans unless you pay us off. This to me is extortion, blackmail and Consipiricy to committ both by both Palisades and Free Credit Report.com.
