Morrison Skupin, PLLC Mortgage Loan Modifications, rogue Agent, won't accept responsibilty for agent's actions

Use caution should you decide to do business with R. Michael Skupin, Esq. Of the Morrison Skupin, PLLC law firm, of Phoenix, Arizona, or anyone claiming to be an agent for this firm. Mr. Skupin at some point in time decided to bring an individual into his business as an Agent, who has now modified his firms documents to appear that she still works for him as an agent with unlimited authority. While Mr. Skupin was initially concerned about this, he has decided to take absolutely no responsibility for his current/former agents actions. See the separate consumer complaints on Cherie Deslauriers-Halter of Gilbert, Arizona, should you see her name in conjunction with Morrison Skupin, or with anything else!
Ms. Deslauriers-Halter altered documents from the Morrison Skupin, PLLC law firm that she used to be (and still is?) an agent for to make it appear that she can collect monies and has unlimited authority to act as an authorized agent in an attorney-backed firm in the field of Mortgage Loan Modifications. Mr. Skupin claims that she was only hired to run two real estate BPO valuations for him which appears to be a lie, as I have documents and witnesses to show that she was actively working on several loan modifications for his firm. He claims that his firm no longer is involved with Mortgage Loan Modifications, but as recently as December 31, the Morrison Skupin web site still lists Modifications as an area of practice. Though he claims that Ms. Deslauriers-Halter stole his firms identity and forms, and that he is a victim, he has not lost any money to her, nor has he ever filed a police report against her, refusing to accept any responsibility for his rogue agent.
If you choose to do business with either Michael Skupin or Ms Deslauriers-Halter, verify everything, especially if Ms. Deslauriers-Halter is claiming to be an agent for Morrison Skupin, (or anyone else), as she has likely altered the documents with her phone and fax numbers, email addresses, and other language that will help her to defraud you. Do not pay her directly if she claims to be an agent, even if the documents claim that she as the agent has unlimited authority to act. She has likely altered the document to make it easier for her to defraud you. And dont expect that Morrison Skupin will take any responsibility for the actions of their agent.
