Deducted money out of my checking account

Several months ago I order a teeth whitening pen it was like $1.68 or so... Received it in the mail with no problems. On 2/2 I received a email that was called "billing information" and was a notice that $92.37 was deducted from my checking account (and it was deducted out of my account for 2 months-but only received one notice) I did not know who it was or why they took out my money. I called my bank and was given these two numbers for reference 877-337-7941 and 877-693-3206. I have been in a vicious cycle ever since that day... When I finally do get someone on the phone they are so rude and then tell me they do not show me as a customer... WHAT? You take money out of my account for 2 months but you don't show me as a customer. I have been trying to get someone on this e-mail address wyatt@webhostserviceonline.com and they keep telling me to call the customer service number 866-995-9812. I know I will never get my $184.74 but I'd at least like to make others aware of this company so it won't happen to them.
