On 1/9 I bought videos for 164$.
I received confirmation of the shipment the same day, but so far, unfortunately I never received them.
I sent complain e-mails to all different addresses but never received an answer.
I am very upset that my personal data are in the hand of unscrupulous people.
Is there a way to prevent those people from using them from further rip off?
Is there anyway I can recover my money?
