My legal refund scammed me did not return my money

I was called by my legal refund and was told they could get me a refund from the timeshare companies i went with i have come to find out that they are probily just like the rest of the scams out there with credit card charges i want my money back i never singned a contract and they will not answer my phone calls to get my refund of over 500 dollars taken from account by them do not i repeat do not give them anything just hang up!!
