SMiShing scam recieved on my cell phone re: "Legacy Texas Bank has limited your debit card. Please call: 1-514-994-5964"

I recieved this SMiShing scam on my cell phone:
rxdgrc@messaging. Sprintpcs.com / / Legacy Texas Bank has limited your debit card. Please call: 1-514-994-5964
When I used reverse look-up it showed it was a cell phone listed to Fido Solutions, Inc.in Montreal, Quebec.
I guess they weren't making enough with their questionable business practices so now they're turning to outright crime. I'm sure why they can't be arrested since they have a physical address.
