88.90 was deducted from my account without my authorization. I was told I had to only pay 4.99 for shipping and handling

I was on the verizon site when I was asked to take a short survey. I answered the four questions and was told thank you and for doing the survey, they would send me a geneva watch for 4.99 to cover the shipping and handling. The watch came and i then saw that 88.90 was deducted from my account by geneva watch company. When I tried to contact them at the number given, I heard "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I have no other telephone number and I feel ripped off. I never saw anything about being charged anything other than the 4.99. I am furious that this company can get away with this!!!
