Amazing terrible service - AT & T cell phone service

I'v been a A&tt custumer for over two years now i've been in dead zones, was in a accident and was unable to contact the appropiate people I needed to talk to. Half the time my phone does not ring and goes straight to voicemail or I do not recieve the calls way past the time they were dialed to reach me, the same goes for the text messaging service sometimes they go straight through, but other times hours can pass, excuse my my choice of words but this sucks I want to end my service contract for the three lines I have, but they if course want to charge me alot of money canceling their service that I have not been satisfied with and if course the AT&T business could not give a dam that they are screwing a whole lotta people just like myself. Oh and we will not even get into the custumer service part of it that only pisses me off more.
