James Hogan, David Malitz MD, shadow mountain surgery center of las vegas Company owes me money for work completed, thirteen months over due @ five thousand dollars, gross business practice

In summer of Shadow Mountain Surgical Center was found guilty of many deficiencies in which placed them in jeopardy with department of public health and were banned for doing more procedures. The surgical center hired my firm to assist them in the corrections of these deficiencies and pass the inspection which would enable them to start doing surgical procedures again. My firm was hired in the fall of 2008 and charged them an "x" amount of money. They paid the first installment and the last installment was due the day they received their "operational status" and began seeing patients again. Well, we achieved that which we were hired to do and we did so much for this place. James, the administrator person was constantly asking for our help in other areas that were all intertwined into this issue, but he still found ways to delay paying stating all sorts of reasons behind this. As of today the month of feb we still have not received the last five thousand dollars that was due us thirteen months ago. It is unfair and financially ruining for small businesses to not be paid when promised. It is sad that they got what they wanted and have refused us our payment. So, i'd beware of them especially if you are thinking about doing business with them. The medical director and owner is dr. Malitz, based out of indiana.
