Tullys Coffee
Taking money, and then saying coffee machine is browen

My husband works at Cedars Sinai, and after he gets off, wellike a cup of Tullys coffee. I do not like Star Bucks.

The manager was not in on this past Friday, and we werewaiting for a table, and I suggested to get a cup of coffeeand go back to Cedars and sit and drink our coffee.

My husband gave the server $10.00 and they made my cafemocha,

Then told us the coffee machine was broken.By this time I am pist off. I said, give me our money back, and we walked home.

For the time, we will not be going into Tullys, as the guys weregoofing off, and the mgr. Was not there to tell her my griefance.

We will go to Cruvee's or the Bread Bar.

Tulllys this past Friday was not professional for my service, and the worse part, they did not care.
