Refund request

Mailed a refill prescription to Medco on 11/6/09 and then discovered it was sent in error. Notified Medco 11/8/09 not to send and was advised it wasn't to be placed in mail until 11/10 andthe shipment would be stopped immediately.instead, medication was mailed on 11/9/09 and I received it 11/12. I called Mr. Hearn at Medco and he stated it was their mistake and I was to mark "return to sender" on the medication package and put it back in the mail to them. He said it would take about 2 months for credit of $205.02 to show up on my Visa card but he would start the credit process immediately. The unopened package was mailed back to them as directed and I received a letter dated 11/27/09 that the package had been returned to them. On 12/10 I called and spoke to Beverly Papaina about the refund, and she stated Mr Hearn "was still working on it". 1/26/10 called Medco and spoke with Jessica, who said the account should have been resolved by now and she was going to get a supervisor to authorized refund. 1/26/10 I called my Visa card company and asked for assistance in getting refund for the $205.02 that is due me. Dispute process is being put in place. On 2/3/10 I called Medco inquiring status of refund and was put on line with Nelson Kelmen, Mgr. He stated according to notes in the computer, he would have to contact Mitchell Hearn and see if he had started the refund process back in November. Mr. Kelmen took my phone number and stated he would be back in touch to advise status. As of today, 2/8/10, I have not heard back from anyone at Medco and my Visa account has not been credited the $205.02.
